Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

We have implemented Google Analytics features based on Display Advertising  (Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Settings. In addition, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to disable tracking by Google Analytics. We will use the data provided by Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to develop the site and content around our users' interests.

Our registered office is at Durell Software Ltd, Castle Lodge, Castle Green, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 4AD. Our VAT number is 379382602.
  2. Accuracy of information
    1. The materials and information contained on this site (unless otherwise stated) are provided for information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or financial advice and should not be relied upon as such.
    2. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law; we exclude all liability (as per Paragraph 5.1) for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.
  3. Access to our site
    1. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide without notice and will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable for any period.
    2. All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure that the site is operational all day, every day although occasional technical issues may result in some downtime
    3. Where possible we will always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in site downtime but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
  4. Visitor provided material
    1. Any material that you choose to upload to this site shall be considered non-proprietary and non-confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate any material provided to us, with the exception of personal information.
    2. When using this site you shall not post or send to this website any material:

      2. that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom;
      3. which is harmful in nature including, and without limitation, computer viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted data, or other potentially harmful software or data.
    3. We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other details of any person posting material to this website in breach of Paragraph 4.1.
  5. Exclusion of liability
    1. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
      1. All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
      2. Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, id or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

  6. Viruses, Hacking and other offences
    1. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
    2. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
    3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
  7. Jurisdiction and applicable law
    1. The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.
    2. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
